Lucy Frazer met with apprentice Amber Cartin and Alex Holt in Westminster this week. Amber is an apprentice at Cobham plc, based in Cheveley, which manufactures antenna systems. Alex started as an apprentice and now works at Cobham full-time. At a reception hosted by the ADS Group, Lucy spoke with Amber about her experience as an apprentice and the importance of providing vocational training for those who want to gain practical experience in business and industry.
