Grovemere Property Limited recently hosted an official opening ceremony to celebrate the completion of their phase II infrastructure project.
Works were started in October 2016 by main contractor Mick George Limited who have created new Surface and Foul Water Drainage systems, an extension to the existing road network and helped facilitate other services in order to open up approximately 75 acres of additional commercial development land with B1, B2 and B8 consent.
Alongside Mick George, Stormport Professional Services Limited have delivered a new 3.5 megawatt power supply from the Ely Primary, Anglian Water have upgraded and extended their existing water main network on the park and National Grid have extended a gas supply in to the Enterprise Zone.
