Lucy recently met Mr and Mrs Hashimoto, who are planning to develop the UK’s first sake brewery and visitor centre on the Fordham Abbey Estate.
Mr Hashimoto, Managing Director of the Dojima brewery company, found Fordham Abbey through working with UKTI. The planned investment of £8.9 million in the centre will create further employment and tourism for the area.
