Like many constituents, Lucy was concerned to hear that there could be cuts to the Minor Injuries Unit (MIU) at the Princess of Wales hospital in Ely.
Alongside local leaders and campaigners, including Steve Count from Cambridgeshire County Council, Anna Bailey from East Cambridgeshire District Council, and local campaigner Emma Watson Lucy is committed to safeguarding the service.
Lucy spoke with the Chief Officer of the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), and has received reassurances that the MIU is not under threat.
