Earlier this month I visited Addenbrooke's to receive an update on the progress of the Cancer Research and Children's Hospitals that are to be built on site. I met with a number of staff to receive the update, as well as discuss the success of integrated care for adults and children, and the role technology is playing in providing treatment for conditions like diabetes.
Once operational, the new hospital will provide cutting-edge cancer diagnosis and care for our region and as the local MP, I have been pleased to have supported the project from the very start.
