Last week I visited Bewick Bridge Community Primary School to take part in a whole-school assembly and see the school's impressive facilities. Pupils asked me about the role of politics in society, and asked about the responsibilities of an MP. I also met with the Headteacher, Amy Luu, to discuss how pupils are benefiting academically from the school's specialist teaching pathway which utilises teacher expertise in each subject. I look forward to visiting again in the future!
