I recently met with Longfellow Real Estate Capital, the new owners of Capital Park Business Park in my constituency, to discuss the opportunities and challenges of matching business growth in this area with good, well-serviced property and capital.
We also considered together how the superb facilities onsite could be transformed into communal spaces for the benefit of the local community, which is something I look forward to exploring further.
