The new development at Waterbeach will be a bustling community of new homes to the north of Waterbeach in my constituency.
I went along to speak with the developers, Urban & Civic, who are managing the development of the project to get their assurances that my constituents (present and future) will have the best possible access to public services and new local infrastructure.
During my visit, I was pleased to see some of site’s rich community assets including the lake and to hear about the rich network of footpaths and cycleways, along with the groundwork for new schools and a health centre.
