Students and teachers at Rackham C of E Primary School in Witchford invited me to take part in their ‘Dream Big Assembly’ recently.
The theme was ‘thinking big,’ and we discussed the law making process, the role of an MP and my work representing the local area. As part of the visit I also met with the School Council, and Emily shared her experience of getting elected. Students Toby and Charlotte also discussed events that they plan and support for mental health. I also took part in a Q&A with the students where they asked me about my job and how to debate. Thank you to all for a warm welcome.
