Lucy recently visited the Scope branch in Ely, meeting with customers and employees.
The store has a wide variety of clothing, books, home items and gifts - all of which benefit the work of this important charity.
Funds raised are invested into Scope's range of employment and emotional support services, their helpline and further work to support the UK's 13.9 million disabled people.
Lucy said: "I was pleased to hear that the disability employment gap (the difference between the percentage of disabled people aged 16-64 in work and the percentage of non-disabled people aged 16-64) in work in South East Cambridgeshire is nearly half the national average at 15.7%. This is still too high and I'll continue to make the case for more support for getting disabled people into work."
