As we mark the end of National Volunteers' Week I want to say a huge thank you to everyone across South East Cambridgeshire who selflessly gives their time to volunteer in their local communities.
The Coronavirus pandemic has particularly highlighted the fantastic work of voluntary groups who have helped vulnerable individuals, whether that be collecting medication, arranging groceries or simply making sure people aren't lonely.
I am really pleased to see the involvement of the PCC, Ray Bisby in leading the efforts to thank our regional volunteers - to Clap for our Volunteers across Cambridgeshire this week.
