The pandemic has hit charities and voluntary groups hard, and I know how tough it has been for many to carry on their good work.
I'm really pleased to see the level of funding that the Government has awarded to some charities in our areas as part of the COVID Community Support Fund:
→ Red Balloon of the Air (£9,800)
→ Cambridgeshire Vietnamese Refugee Community (£5,300)
→ Buckingham Emergency Food Appeal (£8,400)
→ The Prospects Trust (£9,994)
→ Forever Active Forum Ltd (£10,000)
→ LuvEly (£9,129)
→ Camtrust (£7,438)
→ The Meadows Children and Family Wing (£47,994)
→ New Family Social (£19,843)
→ Turning The Red Lights Green (£32,700)
This funding provides a lifeline and will enable them to carry on supporting our local community.
