Before lockdown I visited the The Hygiene Bank Soham & Ely- it is a wonderful initiative that allows people to drop off surplus cleaning and personal hygiene products for distribution to those in need, as well as local schools and foodbanks.
In Soham, Jak Hibs Soham (currently closed in lockdown) and the Co-op are the drop-off points. In Ely, the drop-off point is Boots.

If you have extra cleaning or personal hygiene items please consider donating them to this excellent, local cause rather than throwing them away.
As has been the case since the pandemic began, no matter how small, if we all do what we can to make things easier for others, we can make a big difference.
