Planning Committee decision on Horseheath Road, Linton

I am very pleased that the Planning Committee chose to defer a decision on the surface water and foul drainage conditions attached to Croudace Homes’ development off Horseheath Road in Linton, following my letter and strong representations to this end by the Parish Council and local residents. It’s absolutely right that the Planning Committee should have access to the County Council’s flood report (Section 19 Report) into the devastating flooding in Linton last year prior to deciding whether the developer’s plans for any future flooding events are adequate.
