I followed up my recent visit to Prospects Trust’s Snakehall Farm with a visit to their farm shop, Prospects Trust Unwrapped in Ely last week. The shop is well-stocked with produce from the farm and I couldn’t resist buying some fresh veg and cashews!
In keeping with the Trust’s passion, Unwrapped gives employment and training to people with additional needs, building their independence and confidence. I was delighted to hear from the Executive Director, Maz Baker, that the shop is thriving despite the challenging business environment and having opened just before the pandemic.
Definitely worth a visit when you are next in Ely!
